Course Use & Consent
By purchasing any course, program, or membership, you agree to the following:
- You are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
- You have read, understood, and agreed to these legally binding Terms.
- You understand that access by a minor is a violation of use and may result in termination of access without refund.
- Continuing to access the course constitutes ongoing agreement with these Terms.
License & Intellectual Property
Upon purchase, you are granted a LIMITED, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal use only.
You may:
- View the content for your own use.
- Download or print individual pages, with copyright notices intact.
You MAY NOT:
- Share your login or program access with anyone else.
- Copy, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivatives of any course content.
- Use content, names, or assets for commercial purposes without written consent.
Violation may result in:
- Termination of access without refund.
- Legal action for damages and/or injunction.
Fees, Refunds & Payment Terms
Fees:
- All pricing is outlined on official sales or checkout pages and may change at any time.
Refund Policy:

Payment Plans:
- You are authorizing continued billing via our third-party processor until all payments are complete.
- You are responsible for completing the full payment plan, regardless of course usage or withdrawal.
- If a payment fails, your access will be suspended until the balance is paid.
- Suspension does NOT extend access timelines.
Late Payments:
- Interest of 1.5% per month may apply to overdue payments.
- You may be responsible for legal fees, collection agency costs, and administrative charges if referred to collections.
Chargebacks:
- Must attempt resolution with us before disputing any charge.
- Initiating a chargeback will result in immediate loss of access to all programs, materials, and bonuses.
Termination
You may terminate access at any time by emailing [email protected]. However:
- This does not cancel your payment obligation.
- All remaining balances become due immediately.
- Any unpaid balance after 14 days may be sent to collections, with legal and administrative fees payable by you.
User Contributions & Model Release
By submitting any content (photos, comments, videos, etc.) via Kajabi, social media, or email, you agree:
- We may use your content for promotional or business purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
- You grant us a commercial license to display and use your name, likeness, or profile image by default.
- You confirm you own the rights to any images or media you provide.
Security & Privacy
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login information.
- We use third-party processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) to collect payment and do not store your full credit card info.Terms and Conditions - Jessica M Parr Coaching
- You release us from liability associated with payment processor issues.
- Confidentiality is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a separate coaching agreement or legally required.
Assumption of Risk & Disclaimers
By accessing our courses and programs, you accept full responsibility for how you use the materials and outcomes. You
acknowledge:
- This content is educational and entertainment-based only.
- We do not offer medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.
- Any decisions or results following participation are your responsibility.
No Guarantees:
- Success depends on your commitment and execution.
- Testimonials are illustrative, not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for outcomes, lost revenue, health issues, delays, or platform outages.
Legal Terms & Indemnification
You agree to:
- Hold Jessica M Parr Coaching and its team harmless from any claims, damages, or losses.
- Assume all liability arising from your participation.
- Acknowledge we are not liable for any third-party conduct, tech failures, or disruptions.
If a dispute arises:
- You agree to attempt resolution via mediation before initiating a lawsuit.
- Any legal proceedings will be governed by Ontario, Canada law.
Non-Disparagement
If you are found to be slandering, defaming, or otherwise harming our brand:
- You will be removed from all programs and access will be revoked.
